Unlike most check websites on the internet, we are the printer also known as the manufacturer and not just a marketer working out of a house.

Unlike select other check marketers on the internet, we do not sell, lend, lease or otherwise release information about our customers or their account or credit card information.

SHIPPING POLICY

All standard laser check orders received by noon will ship that same day by USPS. Personal check orders will ship within 48 hours; however, personal checks ship by Post Office Bulk mail. Please allow an additional 10-14 days for delivery by the Post Office. For faster personal check delivery, chose Priority Mail or UPS for shipping.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee our products to meet all bank, Federal Reserve System (Including Check 21) and ABA requirements to be clearly read electronically by your bank. We do ask that you check the bank information and all numbering information completely and carefully, as mistakes can occur.

Remember, you are entering the order information. We DO NOT manipulate or otherwise change the information you enter. Misspellings and incorrect numbers are errors by the person entering the order.

We will (any or all may occur at our discretion) replace or refund (upon return of defective checks) for defective products that are not order entry errors.

Entering incorrect copy or numbering is your responsibility. Should a credit card refund be necessary, you will need to call us with your card and expiration date. Once we charge for an order, we do not keep numbers on site for security purposes. We guarantee our products for 100% customer satisfaction, however, we will not refund for orders where the customer has entered the incorrect information, so check your order carefully before submitting it.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY

We are the acknowledged expert in software compatible formats in the industry. We continually research format changes and software alterations. We guarantee that the checks we ship to you will be compatible with your un-altered software. Numerous internet check websites rely on us for updated software formats. Some check websites advertise compatibility with …”over 4000 software…”; interesting since there are only about 800 accounting software on the market and most of those are outdated and not in use. That simply shows that those particular websites simply don’t know what they are doing.

SECURITY

Our checks utilize numerous security features, including Micro printing, Security Bands, Security screens, Ghost numbers, and many other features. We continually work with the banks to protect you and your checking account against fraud. Our order entry section is handled by a secured certified server, which utilizes the most current and safe encryption techniques. Before you place your order with anyone else, find out if they are a check printing company exclusively, or if check printing is an after thought.

DEPOSIT SLIPS

Business size and booked wallet size deposit slips are available. Quickbooks compatible are, of course, one deposit slip per page. When ordering deposit slips by mail, include a sample deposit slip with your order.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
